All three of our olive wood spoons in one set — the everyday cooking spoon we reach for several times a week, plus two big, sturdy spoons that leave a typical wooden spoon in the dust. Each one is hand carved from a single piece of Mediterranean olive wood, with the wild, wandering grain only olive wood has.

WHAT'S IN THE SET (3 SPOONS)

• Everyday cooking spoon — our workhorse. Slim, balanced, and built for daily use (about 12 in long, 2 in bowl).
• Middle spoon — new to the lineup. A big, deep-bowled spoon with a thick, strong handle for serious stirring, saucing, and serving (about 12 in long, 2.5 in bowl).
• Big spoon — the largest we make. A wide, deep bowl (about 3.25 in) and a substantial handle that muscles through heavy pots and big batches.

MUCH BIGGER & STRONGER THAN TYPICAL

The two larger spoons are a different animal than the standard wooden cooking spoon — more bowl, more reach, and handles thick enough to stir a stiff dough or a full stockpot without flexing. Made to be used hard and handed down.

WHY OLIVE WOOD

Olive wood is dense, naturally water-resistant, and beautiful, with flowing grain no other wood matches. Finished with a natural, food-safe conditioner, these spoons last for years.

CARE

Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Don't soak, submerge, or put them in the dishwasher. Re-oil now and then with a food-grade wood conditioner to keep them looking new.
