Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It works together with our Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be:
- returned in its original packaging; and
- unused and in the same condition you received it.
Who pays return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the item is incorrect (our error) or was damaged in transit — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.
Final-sale items: Custom, engraved, personalized, and other made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Please review your personalization details carefully before you check out.
A note on natural and one-of-a-kind items: Our olive wood and other handmade, natural-material products vary from piece to piece in grain, color, size, scent, and finish. This variation is expected and is part of what makes each piece unique — it isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a return.
How to start a return
Email hello@truthseekernaturals.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back so we can process it correctly. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for return packages that are lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or an item damaged in transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.
