Welcome to TruthSeeker Naturals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website truthseekernaturals.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products we sell (the "Products"). In these Terms, "TruthSeeker Naturals," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TruthSeeker Naturals, and "you" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make and source natural, small-batch and handcrafted goods, including one-of-a-kind olive wood pieces. Because many of our items are handmade from natural materials, slight variations in grain, color, size, scent, and finish are normal and are part of the character of the Product — they are not defects.

We work hard to describe and picture our Products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, color, price, or other detail on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We may, at any time and without prior notice:

• limit the quantity of any Product ordered;
• discontinue a Product or let a Product sell out;
• correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in pricing; and
• refuse, cancel, or limit any order.

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

3. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation and/or ship the Products. Submitting an order authorizes us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, placed in violation of these Terms, or made in error.

4. Custom, Engraved, and Made-to-Order Items

Personalized, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise made-to-order Products are produced specifically for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where they arrive damaged or defective, or where we made an error in fulfilling your specifications. Please review your personalization details (spelling, font, icon number, and any other options) carefully before checkout, as we produce these items based on the information you submit.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timeframes, costs, and our return and refund process are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

6. Product Disclaimers

Our Products, including teas, botanicals, salves, balms, soaps, candles, wood conditioner, and food items, are intended for their ordinary and customary use. Statements about our Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and is not medical, health, or professional advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have allergies or sensitivities, consult a qualified professional before using any Product. Always read labels and ingredient lists, and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. You are responsible for using each Product safely and as intended.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the TruthSeeker Naturals name and marks, product and label designs, illustrations, photographs, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our Products' designs without our prior written permission, except that you may view and use the Site for the ordinary purpose of shopping with us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, our payment processor and shipping carriers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruthSeeker Naturals and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or the Products are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law or where your local consumer-protection laws provide rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were most recently revised. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products.
