Shipping policy

We want you to love what you ordered. This policy explains how we ship your order. It works together with our Return & Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

Order processing

We're a small team and we pack every order by hand. In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days. Engraved and other made-to-order items are produced just for you and take a little longer — usually 2–5 business days before they ship.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. During new-product launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer; if there's an unusual delay, we'll reach out.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your destination. Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control, but we're always happy to help you track a package down.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Correct shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you; you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but it never arrived, please contact us at hello@truthseekernaturals.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, please include a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we'll cover any return shipping needed in these cases. Natural variation in handmade and natural-material items is expected and is not considered damage.
